JELLIED WALDORF SALAD | |
Dissolve 1 pound (8 ounce) cherry gelatin in 2 quarts boiling water. Add 1 cup red cinnamon candies (red hots) and stir until dissolved. Add 2 quarts cold water or fruit juice. Place in refrigerator to congeal. When mixture begins to congeal, add 2 pounds diced celery and 6 ounces chopped walnuts. Place in refrigerator to firm totally. 50 servings. |
