SPICY JELLIED SALAD 
1 c. boiling water
2/3 c. red cinnamon hearts
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. applesauce

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. salad dressing

Dissolve cinnamon candies and lemon Jello in hot water. Add applesauce to Jello mixture. Pour 1/2 Jello mixture into oiled mold and chill until firm. Add cream cheese mixture on top of firm Jello mixture. Add remaining Jello mixture and chill until firm. Unmold to serve.
