GRAPEFRUIT JELLIED SALAD (WITH
SHERRY)
 
2 1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup cold water

Heat 1/2 cup water with 1 cup sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add gelatin and cool. Add:

2 c. plus 6 tbsp. unsweetened grapefruit juice
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. cream sherry
1/4 tsp. salt

Pour into mold and chill. Unmold and serve with grapefruit sections and cream cheese balls, rolled in chopped walnuts, around edge of mold.
