GRAPEFRUIT SALAD 
2 grapefruit
1 orange
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 c. crushed pineapple, canned
1 1/2 pkg. gelatin
1 c. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. almonds
1/2 c. diced celery

Pick out grapefruit and orange in pieces, free of membrane. Soak gelatin in cold water, then add boiling water. Combine all ingredients. Congeal. Serves 6.
