GRAPEFRUIT SALAD 
2 envelopes Knox gelatin
3 c. grapefruit sections and juice
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar

Dissolve Knox gelatin in 1/4 cup of cold water, let stand for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup boiling water, dissolve thoroughly.

Add 3 cups grapefruit sections and juice, 3 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 cup sugar. Put in 8 x 8 inch dish and refrigerate until firm.
