PEPPER ROAST PORK WITH APPLE
RINGS
 
3-4 lb. pork roast (boneless if you wish)

Set oven at 325 degrees. 2 cloves minced garlic 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard (or regular) 1/4 c. honey 1 lg. jar apple rings (or see recipe for apple rings)

Wash roast and pat dry. In small bowl mix all the above ingredients. Spread mixture over top portion of roast, basting as needed. Roast for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Last 5 minutes place apples around pork.
