GOLDEN NUT CRUNCH 
1 (12 oz.) can your favorite nuts
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground oregano
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 box Chex cereal

Toss until well coated. Spread in jelly roll pan and bake 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Stir in cereal. Cool. Store in airtight container. Yields 7 cups.
