NUT WHEEL CRUNCH 
1 c. nuts (pecans, walnuts or raw peanuts)
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. white syrup

Line 8 or 9 inch pie pan with foil; butter heavily. Put all ingredients in a ten inch skillet. Boil and stir constantly until golden brown - about 5 to 6 minutes. Spread in pan; cool. Pull off foil. Cool wheel thoroughly. Break into pieces. Makes 3/4 pound.
