HONEY NUT CRUNCH - "CRACKERJACK" 
1 c. unpopped popcorn
1/2 c. butter
1 c. peanuts or sunflower seeds
1/2 c. honey or real maple syrup

Pop popcorn. Put in a large bowl. Makes about 15 cups. In skillet, melt butter and honey or syrup. Pour over popcorn. Add nuts and mix. Spread out on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 250 degrees. Check periodically as the edges burn easily. To avoid burning, stir once or twice.
