HONEY-NUT BALLS | |
1/2 c. peanut butter 1/4 c. honey 1/2 c. or more non-fat instant milk 1 tbsp. sunflower seeds 1 tbsp. chopped walnuts 1 tbsp. raisins or currants 3 tbsp. sesame seeds Mix peanut butter and honey until well blended. Gradually add powdered milk until mixture resembles bread dough. Stir in the rest of ingredients except for sesame seeds. Roll mixture into small balls, roll in sesame seeds and refrigerate until needed. |
