HONEY - NUT CARROTS 
1 lb. carrots
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. honey
Toasted almonds

Cook carrots in small amount of salted water until just tender, drain. Melt butter, stir in flour, then add milk, honey and salt. Cook over moderate heat, stirring until thickened. Pour over carrots and sprinkle with toasted almonds. Serves 4.
