HONEY GLAZED CARROTS 
21 lb. carrots, peeled sliced,
Or frozen packages
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. lemon juice

Cook carrots until tender. Drain and mix the butter in until melted. Mix together the honey and lemon juice. Drizzle over carrots in serving dish. May sprinkle with minced parsley.
