OYSTER CASSEROLE 
24 oyster crackers
2 dozen stewing oysters & liquid
2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 tsp. butter

Butter 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Crush crackers with rolling pin. Combine all ingredients. Cut oysters to suit, dot top with butter. Mixture should be thin. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

It's a fine accompaniment to any meat dish.
