BAKED SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 med. red pepper, chopped
3 c. cooked seafood (crabmeat, shrimp, lobster, oysters)
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
4 tbsp. butter

Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter until tender.

Mix together peppers, celery, seafood, seasonings (no cheese), Worcestershire sauce and sauteed onions. Stir in mayonnaise. Mix well to blend. Pour into casserole or individual custard cups, ramekins or souffle dishes. Mix crumbs with remaining melted butter and Parmesan cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 4 servings.
