BAYSIDE SEAFOOD BAKE
2 jumbo prawns
2 lobster tails
1/2 cup crab meat (claw preferred)
1/2 pound small bay scallops
cheddar cheese
bread crumbs
Alfredo sauce
linguine
Old Bay seasoning

Filling:

To make the filling, shred the lobster tails and crabmeat and put them into a medium-mixing bowl. Combine the cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs to your liking.

Dish Prep:

The prawns, or jumbo sized shrimp, will need to remain in the their complete shell with the exception of any legs that might still be attached. Cut down the middle underbelly of the prawn and make sure not cut all the way through. Stuff the Prawn with the lobster and crab filling.

Place the Prawn, filling side down, in the baking dish, (glass baking dish or ceramic boat dish) and fill the remainder of the baking dish with small bay scallops. Cover the bay scallops with the Alfredo sauce and then sprinkle old bay seasoning to taste and cover with breadcrumbs. (Covering the dish with breadcrumbs keeps the sauce from burning and caramelizing.) -

Bake at 400°F in the middle rack of the oven for 20 minutes or until the Prawn has browned on the shell.

While it is baking, bring a pot of water to a boil and cook two servings of Linguine. After the seafood bake is done cooking, remove scallops from the dish and place over the linguine and then place the stuffed prawn on top with a spatula.
