SEAFOOD BAKE 
1 (9 inch) partially baked pie shell
1/4 lb. seafood
2 tbsp. onion, diced
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 (3 oz.) can B & B mushrooms, drain and reserve broth
3/4 c. light cream

Cool pie shell. Saute onion in butter. Add all but 10 slices mushrooms. Continue to saute until hot. Combine eggs, cream, mushroom broth and seasonings. Add seafood.

Pour into cooled pie shell. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees. After 20 minutes, top with last 10 slices of mushrooms.

It is done when it looks puffed and golden brown. Let stand before cutting. Serves 4 to 5 people nicely.
