SEAFOOD BAKED IN RAMEKIN SHELLS 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. celery (finely chopped)
1/2 c. parsley
1 c. crab meat
1 c. cooked shrimp
1 c. drained oysters
1 c. drained mushrooms (stems and pieces)
White sauce
Seasoned bread crumbs
Romano cheese

Place butter, celery and onions in saucepan and saute until limp. Add shrimp, oysters, crab meat and mushrooms. Cook over low heat until oysters curl slightly. Add white sauce and heat. Pile in ramekin shells. Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese over top. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly.
