WORLD'S BEST MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. dried bread crumbs
1/2 c. catsup
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. salad type mustard
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix catsup, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, and nutmeg. Set aside. Combine rest of ingredients and make into a loaf. Cut groove in center and put sauce mix in groove and sides. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

Fabulous! So moist! We did end up having to bake it much longer than 45 minutes because there were still a few raw parts after 45 minutes, but it was still delicious! I'll definitely be adding this to my recipe staples.

Made this so many times! Made it with beef, and with ground turkey. It truly is the world's best meatloaf! I did have the oven to 350°F, and had to cook longer.
