WORLD'S BEST MEATLOAF | |
2 lbs. ground beef 2 eggs, beaten 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 2 tbsp. minced parsley 1 med. onion, chopped 1 c. dried bread crumbs 1/2 c. catsup 1/3 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 tbsp. salad type mustard 2 tsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. nutmeg Mix catsup, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, and nutmeg. Set aside. Combine rest of ingredients and make into a loaf. Cut groove in center and put sauce mix in groove and sides. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. |
