DUTCH MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 can Hunts tomato sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. fresh bread crumbs

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 can Hunts tomato sauce
1 can water (use tomato sauce can)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ground beef, onion, 1/2 can tomato sauce, egg, salt, pepper and bread crumbs into loaf. Place in shallow baking pan. Meanwhile mix vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, 1/2 can tomato sauce and water. Pour mixture over meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour, basting at least once.
