HOT BAKED SEAFOOD SALAD 
12 oz. shrimp, uncooked
1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, drained
1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1/2 sm. red pepper, chopped
1/2 sm. yellow pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. thyme (leafy)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. bread crumbs, toasted
2 tbsp. butter

Mix shrimp and crab meat. Add peppers, celery and water chestnuts. Add sour cream and mayonnaise. Add seasoning (salt, pepper and thyme). Mix well. Oil pan lightly. Pour mixture in pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Toast bread crumbs. Melt butter. Pour over bread crumbs and mix. Sprinkle over seafood salad.
