PICKLED EGGS 
1 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. pickling spice
3 c. water

Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.

2 1/2 doz. eggs

Set at room temperature for 24 hours. Then boil eggs for 10 minutes. Leave in hot water for 10 minutes. Cool enough to peel, put in hot brine.
