PICKLED EGGS 
1 doz. eggs
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. pickling spice
1/2 onion, sliced (optional)
1 1/2 c. apple cider
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic

Simmer ingredients for 5 minutes; pour over boiled eggs. Refrigerate. Ready in 3 days.
