CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. pimento, finely chopped
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. onion, grated
12 c. nuts, finely chopped
1/3 c. parsley, snipped

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and butter. Beat with electric mixer until fluffy. Stir in pimento, 1 tablespoon parsley and onion. Chill. Shape into a ball. Coat with nuts and 1/3 cup parsley.
