CURRIED CHICKEN & MUSHROOM GRAVY | |
4 whole chicken breasts, halved 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1/2 tsp. paprika 2 chicken bouillon cubes 1 1/2 c. boiling water 4 tbsp. water 1/2 tsp. minced onion 1 tsp. curry powder 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt paprika. Place in baking dish. Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Add 4 tablespoons water, onion and curry. Pour over chicken. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes. Remove chicken, blend in 2-4 tablespoons flour with 4-6 tablespoons cold water. Stir in pan juices. Cook until bubbly, add mushrooms. |
