HONEY-BARBECUED CHICKEN 
3/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of pepper
1 (2-3 lb.) broiler-fryer, halved

To prepare sauce, combine first 7 ingredients. Hook chicken wing tips behind shoulder joint into back. Place chicken on grill, skin side up, about 5 inches above hot coals. Cook slowly for 30-35 minutes or until tender, turning frequently and basting with sauce each time. Watch chicken closely so that it does not burn. Yield: 6 servings.
