BARBECUE CHICKEN WINGS 
1 1/2 lbs. chicken wings (about 8)
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced

Rinse chicken wings and pat dry. Cut off and discard wing tips. Cut each at wing joint to make 2 sections. Place the wing pieces in a single layer in a 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Drain fat from baking pan.

For sauce combine remaining ingredients. Brush wings with sauce. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until chicken is tender. Makes 16 servings.
