BARBECUED CHICKEN WINGS 
1 (17 oz.) can apricot halves, drained
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
3 lbs. chicken wings

Combine apricots, catsup, oil, lemon juice, salt and liquid smoke in electric blender. Blend until smooth. Place chicken wings on rack in a shallow baking pan; brush with apricot sauce; bake in 425 degree oven about 30 minutes, basting with sauce every 15 minutes. Serve extra sauce with chicken wings. Makes 6 servings.
