BARBECUE CHICKEN WINGS 
SAUCE:

1 (14 oz.) catsup
1 (12 oz.) chili sauce
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. water
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt (optional)
Juice of 1 lemon (1 tbsp. real lemon juice)

WINGS:

2 lbs. chicken wings

Mix sauce ingredients in saucepan. Cook on low heat 30 minutes. Place wings in baking pan. Pour sauce over chicken wings to cover. Stir once. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Leftover sauce can be stored in refrigerator 6 months. Serves 20 appetizer size.
