BBQ BUFFALO WINGS 
2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings

SAUCE:

4 tbsp. Durkee Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 tsp. chili powder, melted
1 tsp. catsup

Add sauce ingredients to melted butter, one at a time; stir thoroughly. Let stand while splitting wings at each joint discarding tips. Pat dry. Deep fry at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until completely cooked and crispy. Dip wings in sauce to coat completely. Makes 24 to 30 individual pieces.
