BBQ CHICKEN WINGS 
5 lbs. wings
10 oz. soy sauce

BBQ SAUCE:

1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. mustard

Put wings on sheet pan, pour soy sauce over; let set in refrigerator 24 hours. Next day, bake wings right on pan for 1 1/2 hours on 325 degrees. Put in crock pot and cover with BBQ sauce and simmer.

This is a good recipe but I added fresh garlic to the soy sauce along with pepper and onion and left it for 24hrs then to the bbq sauce I added a little fresh ground black pepper, cilantro, and red pepper as well as hot paprika to spice it up! But that's just me! Otherwise great recipe!
