PIZZA CRUST 
2 1/2-3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 tbsp. oil

Combine 1 cup flour, sugar, 2 teaspoons salt and yeast in bowl. Mix well. Add oil and 1 cup hot water, gradually beating. Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough. Knead until elastic. Let rise 45 minutes. Punch down and place on greased pizza pans. (2 crusts). Top and bake 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees.
