CHEESY MEAT PIE 
1 (9 inch) deep-dish pie crust, unbaked
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in skillet and brown beef and onion. Drain grease. Remove from heat; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Spread beef mixture in pie crust. Spread cheese over beef mixture.

Mix milk, eggs, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meat and cheese. Set pie pan on cookie sheet. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before serving. This is great with side salad.
