CHEESY MEAT PIE 
1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust
1 med. onion
1/2 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. pepper
8 oz. cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown beef and onion. Drain off fat. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Spread beef mixture over pie crust. Spread shredded cheese over beef mixture. Beat eggs, add milk and Worcestershire sauce and pour over cheese. Set pie pan on cookie sheet. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes in 400 degree oven. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
