CHEESY PEACH PIE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. box vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 tsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (20 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained, juice reserved
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. peach juice
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. sugar mixed with 1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine first 7 ingredients and beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased 10 inch pie plate. Place peaches on top pinwheel fashion. Combine peach juice, cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar; beat 2 minutes. Spoon into pie, keeping about 1 inch from side. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
