CHEESY POTATO MEAT PIE 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
6 tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp. grated onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk (can cream)
3 c. mashed potatoes
3 tbsp. chopped pimento
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. shredded cheese

Combine first 6 ingredients; blend and press into 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Spoon off drippings. Combine rest of ingredients and frost the pie. Top with 1/4 cup grated cheese. Bake 10 minutes more.
