CHEESY MEAT PIE 
1 unbaked pie crust
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 lb. hamburger
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add beef and chopped onions. Brown. Remove from heat; drain. Stir flour, salt, and pepper. Spread beef mixture over pie crust. Shred cheese and pour over beef mixture. Blend milk, eggs, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meat and cheese. Set on pie pan or cookie sheet. Bake until knife comes out lean. Bake (30-35 minutes).
