SOUR BEANS 
Garden green beans, cut up and cooked

SWEET AND SOUR GRAVY:

3/4 c. chopped onions, sauteed
2 tbsp. flour
1 to 2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. stir in 3/4 cup water, 1/3 cup vinegar. Bring to boil. Stir in beans.
