ENCHILADA PIE 
2 lbs. ground beef
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 chopped onion
1 can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper
3/4 c. milk
1 pkg. tortillas

Brown ground beef, onion and garlic. Add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly. Line casserole with half the tortillas. Pour on meat mixture, cover with remaining tortillas. Pour soup over top layer. Pour milk over soup. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes
