FISH FILLET WITH TOASTED ALMONDS 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. fish fillets
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1 c. lemon juice
1 to 2 tbsp. melted butter
Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Toast almonds lightly in oven. Remove and set aside. Arrange fish fillets in buttered baking dish. Brush melted butter over all, then sprinkle on lemon juice and lightly toasted almonds. Sprinkle lightly with pepper, salt and paprika. Bake until fish is just cooked through. Use 450 degree oven.
