MINT BROWNIES 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix well. 1/2 c. cocoa

Melt and add to first mixture. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; let cool.

MINT CREAM CENTER:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
6 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. water
1/2 tsp. mint extract
2 drops green food color

Mix well; spread over brownies; refrigerate.

CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

6 tbsp. butter
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Melt in double boiler. Spread over mint layer; let harden.
