MOLLY'S MINT BROWNIES 
Bake and cool a 9x13 pan of either box or homemade brownies.

MINT LAYER:

1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
3 drops green food coloring

Combine these together and beat well. Spread over brownies. Chill until set.

CHOCOLATE TOPPING:

4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
4 tbsp. butter

Melt, and spread over mint layer. Chill until firm. Take care when removing brownies from pan. Cut into large squares and size of a spatula, then cut these into bite-sized pieces.
