MINT BROWNIES 
1ST LAYER:

1 can Hershey syrup
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix well. Bake 350 degrees 20-25 minutes in greased jelly roll pan. Refrigerate 20 minutes until cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 stick butter
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. peppermint extract
Green or pink food coloring
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix well and spread over brownie mixture. Refrigerate 20 minutes more.

3RD LAYER:

1 stick butter (oleo cracks when cut)
6 oz. chocolate chips

Melt in microwave. Spread carefully over green or pink layer. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.

(May have to dip knife in warm water to keep frosting from cracking when cut!)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
