CHOCOLATE SYRUP BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 can Hershey's chocolate syrup

FROSTING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
3 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. milk
1/2 to 1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and baking powder together well. Add syrup and mix well. Bake in greased jelly roll pan. 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.

Frosting: Mix sugars, butter and milk together in saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Add chips and beat well until chips are melted.
