MURIEL'S CREME DE MENTHE
BROWNIES
 
LAYER ONE (BROWNIE) :

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix above ingredients. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

LAYER TWO:

1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. creme de menthe

Mix together and spread on top of cooled brownies.

LAYER THREE:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Melt together over low heat. Let cool slightly and spread over layer two. Chill. Cut into 1 inch squares. May freeze.
