PARTY CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped fine
1 tbsp. pimento, chopped fine
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
Finely chopped pecans

Blend cheeses first, then add the rest of the ingredients. Form in a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Chill 24 hours. Keeps in refrigerator 2 weeks or longer. Freezes well.
