PARTY CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. (4 oz.) crumbled blue cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 oz. minced onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Finely snipped parsley
Green and red cherries (pat dry the cherries)

Place cheeses in small mixer bowl. Let stand at room temperature until softened. Add onion and Worcestershire sauce; blend on low speed. Beat on medium speed until fluffy. Cover, chill at least 8 hours.

Shape mixture into 1 large ball or 30 (1 inch) balls. Roll in parsley, cover and chill 2 hours or until firm. Arrange small crisp crackers around large ball and serve as a spread.

To serve small balls, insert a pick in each and serve with crackers. For a festive occasion add the green and red cherries when blending together with the rest of the ingredients and roll the cheese ball in coconut and parsley.
