PARTY CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (or red pepper)
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
2 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts

Soften cream cheese. Add drained pineapple and mix well. Add 1 cup chopped nuts and remaining ingredients. Chill. Shape into a ball and roll in remainder of nuts. Chill 24 hours before serving. May be garnished with pineapple slices, cherries or parsley. Serve with assorted crackers or celery pieces.
