2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. chopped bell pepper
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of cayenne
Dash of salt
Finely chopped pecans, or parsley finely chopped or dried beef

Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese, mixing until well blended. Add pimentos, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and seasonings. Mix well. Chill. Shape into ball or balls, roll in nuts, parsley or dried beef.
