OVERNIGHT BUTTERSCOTCH ROLLS 
1 pkg. frozen dinner rolls
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (NOT instant)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Use Bundt pan. Plunk frozen rolls in pan the night before. Sprinkle rolls with pudding and cinnamon. Melt butter and stir in sugar and nuts. Dribble over rolls. Cover rolls with foil. Leave out on kitchen counter overnight. (By morning the rolls should fill the pan!)

Bake for 30 minutes. (Remove foil for last 10 minutes of baking.) Cool a few minutes and turn out on serving dish. This is a wonderful breakfast to serve when you have overnight guests. It is quick, easy, delicious and impossible to mess up.
