EGG NOG | |
11 eggs 2/3 c. whiskey 1/3 c. dark rum 11 tsp. sugar 1/3 qt. whipping cream 1 qt. milk Separate eggs. Beat yolks, then add sugar and liquor. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add 1/2 to mixture and fold in. Add milk. Beat whipping cream and fold in 1/2. Add last 1/2 stiff egg white. Add last 1/2 whipped cream. Do not mix too thoroughly or will flatten. |
